For over two decades, I’ve balanced my professional expertise in IT leadership with a deep passion for the art of barbecue. As a seasoned competitor on the national BBQ circuit, I’ve spent 20 years mastering the craft of slow-smoked perfection—earning multiple Top 10 finishes and proudly taking home 1st Place awards in both Ribs and Shoulder categories. My journey has taken me to the highest levels of competition, where I’ve gone head-to-head with the best pitmasters in the country. Whether it’s the precision of temperature control, the science of smoke, or the storytelling behind every plate, I bring the same strategic mindset and attention to detail that I apply in the boardroom to every cook site I set up. Barbecue isn’t just a hobby—it’s a discipline, a community, and a lifelong pursuit of flavor. And for me, it’s also a powerful way to connect, inspire, and lead—whether through a plate of championship ribs or a well-executed campaign.
